Healthy cheat day

Basically it is my healthy carb up day.

Bananas everywhere.

So far:

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TBSP chunky peanut butter
  • Truvia to taste (I usually use agave nectar or honey - but we are all out)

Also:

  • sliced apple
  • peanut butter

Yay. :)
